Extended Warranty

THE CLARA PUCCI WARRANTY 

 

Standard Warranty:  

Our standard Lifetime Warranty covers damaged, discolored, and cloudy stones. We will replace them free of charge. Anything after 60 days, we can still help repair the item however we would charge for repair, and we would cover the shipping cost to send the item back to you.  

To receive a quote for repair, please send photos of your item along with your name and order number, to: Info@clarapucci.com. We will respond within 24 hours with a quote.  

Comprehensive Warranty:  

The Clara Pucci Comprehensive Protection Plan provides protection from usual wear and tear on our jewelry from the date of purchase to 365 days after. This plan covers all materials and service charges needed with no hidden charges required to receive service. We will provide you with a shipping label to send the item back to us, where we will inspect and service the item however needed.  

Bonus Extras: 

  • Unlimited ring sizing with our Clara Pucci Comprehensive Protection Plan 
  • (3) Three standard cleaning and polishing services to be used at any time of the year 
  • If an item has been repaired on two occasions and still requires repair, we will assume the item defective and will provide a complimentary replacement

If your item is beyond repair, we will provide you with a replacement piece of the item.  

 

The Clara Pucci Jewelry Protection Plan is based per item and can be purchased on the item’s description page or up to one year after the item is purchased*.
