Every order automatically comes with a 30-day guarantee covering any manufacturing defects, sizing issues, or gemstone problems—at no extra cost. Once the 30-day period has passed, your ring remains protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers stone damage, cloudiness, and discoloration indefinitely. (Please note: lost stones are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty after the initial 30 days.) 30-Day Guarantee
All orders are fully covered by a 30-day guarantee. Any issues such as damaged ring, prongs, or sizing issues are fully covered at no extra cost. Gemstones are also fully covered. Missing, damaged, cloudy, or discolored stones can be replaced at no extra cost.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
After 30 days from purchase, your ring still carries a limited lifetime warranty. This covers damaged, cloudy or discolored stones. Lost stones are NOT covered after 30-days from purchase.
