Effective October 16, 2026. Counsel review remains pending as a documented post-launch priority. This policy has not been characterized as attorney-approved.
This Privacy Policy explains how Bonner Atelier LLC, doing business as Clara Pucci (“Clara Pucci,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit our website, purchase jewelry, create an account, contact us, or otherwise use our services.
Information we collect
We may collect identity, contact, and account information; billing and shipping information; order and transaction information; product and configuration selections; customer-service, return, warranty, and repair communications; device, browser, and network information collected through normal ecommerce operation; cookie and analytics information actually collected by enabled services; and information received from service providers and approved business partners.
Configuration and production information may include the design family, manufacturing code, metal, purity, size, gemstone, finding/backing, normalized configuration identifier, and related order lineage needed to make or service an item.
Payment-card information is processed by Stripe. Clara Pucci does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payment is handled through Stripe, including in its configuration resolver.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate and improve the site; validate configurations and prices; process orders and payments; produce and fulfill jewelry; calculate applicable tax; ship, service, return, and refund orders; provide customer service; administer warranty and repair requests; prevent fraud and protect security; maintain tax, accounting, transaction, and warranty records; comply with law; resolve disputes; and conduct marketing only where actually used and legally permitted.
Service providers
Current operational providers include BigCommerce for ecommerce and storefront services; Stripe for payment processing; Stripe Tax for sales-tax calculation and reporting; Cloudflare for hosted configuration-resolver and security infrastructure; shipping and fulfillment providers; and email or customer-service providers actually enabled at launch. These providers and other approved contractors may process information for Clara Pucci under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
This policy will be updated to identify or describe additional providers when required by applicable law. Advertising or analytics providers must not be listed unless they are actually enabled.
Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies needed for the storefront, cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and any analytics or marketing services actually enabled at launch. The published cookie notice and preference controls must match the technologies actually enabled.
Until the final advertising and analytics stack is established, this Policy does not state categorically that Clara Pucci either does or does not “sell” or “share” personal information under statutory definitions. This language remains subject to counsel review when advertising pixels, analytics, email marketing, review platforms, and cookie or consent services are finalized.
Sharing
We may disclose information to service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including ecommerce hosting, payment processing, tax, shipping and fulfillment, security, fraud-prevention, email, and customer-service providers; parties needed to complete a customer-requested transaction; parties involved in a business transaction; and authorities or others when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.
Any statement about the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information must match the final tracking/advertising configuration and applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfilling orders, maintaining transaction and warranty records, complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting against fraud.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and rights
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of personal information, or to appeal a privacy decision. To submit a request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity.
California privacy
California residents may have privacy rights under applicable law and may contact [email protected] to submit a request. Clara Pucci may need to verify the requester's identity before acting on a request.
Counsel review flag: Determine CCPA/CPRA applicability and approve all required notices, category disclosures, request-verification and appeal procedures, retention disclosures, sensitive-information provisions, and sale/share/targeted-advertising language. This interim Policy does not state categorically that California statutory rights do or do not apply.
Children and international visitors
The services are not directed to children. Any specific minimum-age statement requires legal approval. The storefront is operated from the United States, and international shipping is not offered at launch. Any cross-border disclosures required for international visitors must be completed through legal review.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
