Shipping
Clara Pucci provides free insured standard shipping to eligible addresses within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii are included at launch. U.S. territories and international destinations are not available at launch.
Orders over $200 require a signature at delivery.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO orders use USPS-compatible standard fulfillment. UPS expedited services are not available for addresses UPS cannot serve. Transit time varies for APO/FPO destinations, so the ordinary 4–6-business-day transit estimate does not apply. If a required signature service is unavailable for an order over $200, the order is held for fulfillment review before shipment.
Made-to-order production time
Most Clara Pucci jewelry is made to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before shipment. Production begins after payment authorization and any required order review. Shipping and transit estimates begin only after production is complete.
For ordinary domestic street addresses, estimated standard carrier transit is approximately 4–6 business days after shipment. Carrier delays and signature availability can affect delivery. Tracking is provided after shipment.
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air may be offered for eligible domestic street addresses at the displayed surcharge. Expedited shipping affects carrier transit only and does not shorten the 5–10-business-day made-to-order production period.
Returns and exchanges
An eligible return or exchange must be requested within 14 days after delivery.
All returns require prior authorization from Clara Pucci. Please contact [email protected] before sending merchandise back. Do not send merchandise without receiving return instructions and authorization. The authorized return address and shipping instructions may be supplied as part of the return-authorization process.
Eligible standard catalog returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee calculated on the merchandise purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Returned merchandise must be new and unused, with no scratches, marks, blemishes, or other damage, and must not have been sized or altered after delivery. Clara Pucci inspects returned merchandise before approving a refund or exchange.
Once an authorized return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will generally be initiated within 2 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
Standard options and custom work
Standard selectable catalog options—including offered ring size, metal, purity, metal color, gemstone, and standard Finding/Backing choices—do not by themselves make an item custom or final sale.
True custom or personalized work is non-returnable and final sale, including engraving; customer-requested CAD or design changes; nonstandard stone requests; modifications outside the standard selectable catalog; and bespoke or individually commissioned work.
An item sized, altered, repaired, or modified after delivery is not eligible for an ordinary discretionary return.
Return shipping
For an ordinary eligible discretionary return, the customer is responsible for insured return shipping and must follow Clara Pucci's return instructions.
If Clara Pucci shipped an incorrect item or determines that the return concerns a covered manufacturing/workmanship defect, Clara Pucci will provide or pay for appropriate return shipping.
The return authorization supplies the authorized return address, required insured service, and documentation. Merchandise sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Expedited-shipping charges are non-refundable on discretionary returns. If Clara Pucci shipped an incorrect item or a covered manufacturing/workmanship defect caused the return, applicable shipping charges may also be refunded.
Order cancellation
Because most Clara Pucci jewelry is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have not entered production may generally be cancelled for a full refund. Once production, customization, engraving, stone setting, or other order-specific work has begun, cancellation may be limited or subject to applicable costs. Please contact [email protected] for the status of your order.
Counsel review flag: Confirm the cancellation provision, including when production begins, recoverable costs, required disclosures, and any applicable consumer-law limitations.
