One-year limited manufacturing/workmanship warranty
Clara Pucci provides a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, as determined by Clara Pucci after evaluation.
Covered warranty defects
If Clara Pucci determines after evaluation that an item has a covered manufacturing or workmanship defect, Clara Pucci may repair or replace the affected item, at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Clara Pucci covers reasonable insured shipping associated with the covered warranty remedy. The customer is not charged the $29 service fee for a confirmed covered defect.
Complimentary routine service
For qualifying complimentary non-warranty service, a $29 shipping and handling charge applies. This charge covers handling, liability coverage, and insured return shipping.
Qualifying complimentary non-warranty service may include eligible inspection, cleaning, prong checking, or other routine service specifically approved by Clara Pucci. Authorization is required before shipment.
Requesting service
Customers must contact [email protected] before sending jewelry for warranty evaluation, repair, resizing, or other service. To request an evaluation, send photographs of the item, the customer name, order number, and a description of the issue. Clara Pucci will review the request and provide shipping instructions or a repair quote when applicable.
Do not send an item without authorization. The service authorization will state the approved address, packing and insurance requirements, shipping responsibility, and any required proof of purchase.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; accidental damage; misuse or abuse; loss or theft; improper care; or damage resulting from unauthorized third-party repair, sizing, alteration, or modification.
Stone loss or damage is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect. Coverage depends on inspection and a determination that the stone loss or damage resulted from a covered defect in materials or workmanship.
Coverage for prongs, chains, earring findings/backings, and plated finishes likewise depends on whether inspection determines that the issue arose from a covered defect or an excluded cause.
Non-covered repairs and service
For damage or service not covered by the warranty, Clara Pucci will evaluate the item first and provide a repair or service quote. Billable work will not begin until the customer approves the quote. Shipping and handling may be included in or added to the quoted service cost.
Repair timelines are determined after evaluation and will be communicated before service begins. Most repairs are generally completed within approximately two weeks, although timing may vary depending on the nature of the repair, parts or materials required, and other circumstances.
Inherited 2- and 3-year extended plans are not offered at launch.
Warranty eligibility
The limited warranty is available to the original purchaser or documented gift recipient with valid Clara Pucci order or proof-of-purchase information.
