These Terms govern use of the Clara Pucci website and purchases from Bonner Atelier LLC, doing business as Clara Pucci (“Clara Pucci,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site or services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with the site; introduce malicious code; or misuse Clara Pucci content, accounts, checkout, pricing, or configuration services.
Product information and configurations
We try to describe and display products accurately. Product photographs, renderings, lighting, and device displays may not reproduce exact gemstone or metal color. Natural or manufactured gemstones may exhibit normal variations in color, pattern, inclusions, cut, or other characteristics where applicable. These appearance disclosures do not excuse delivery of an incorrect product or configuration.
A product is available only in configurations accepted by Clara Pucci's authoritative configuration system. Unsupported combinations are unavailable even if individual option names appear elsewhere on the site.
The complete configuration recorded with an order—including design family, manufacturing code, metal, purity, color, size, gemstone, and finding/backing where applicable—controls what will be produced. Review the cart before checkout and contact us promptly if an order confirmation is incorrect.
Prices, payment, tax, and orders
Prices, product information, availability, and promotions may change without notice. The price validated by the server and displayed in the final cart and checkout is the purchase price, subject to applicable tax and shipping. Clara Pucci reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, configuration, or other errors and, where permitted by law, to cancel or refuse an order affected by a material error. If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment is processed through approved payment providers. An order is not accepted until payment authorization and order confirmation are complete.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance when fraud review, payment authorization, product availability, configuration validation, or a material pricing error prevents fulfillment.
Made-to-order products
Many Clara Pucci products are made to order based on selections made at the time of purchase. Production timing, cancellation eligibility, and return eligibility may therefore differ from in-stock merchandise as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Most Clara Pucci jewelry requires approximately 5–10 business days for production before shipment. This is separate from the approximately 4–6-business-day estimated carrier transit after shipment for ordinary domestic street addresses. Production and transit estimates may change if materials, customer information, order review, or carrier conditions require it.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
The published Shipping & Returns Policy, Warranty & Service Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, the 15% restocking fee for eligible standard catalog returns, return shipping, and custom-work exclusions are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy. Warranty and repair services are governed by the one-year limited Warranty & Service Policy. Confirmed covered manufacturing/workmanship defects do not incur the $29 service fee; that charge applies only to qualifying complimentary non-warranty service as described in the Warranty & Service Policy. Inherited 2- and 3-year extended plans are not offered at launch.
Intellectual property
The site, product designs, photographs, text, logos, software, and other content are owned by Clara Pucci or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping and account management.
Third-party services and links
The site relies on service providers and may link to third-party websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Clara Pucci is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.
Delays outside reasonable control
Production, fulfillment, or delivery may be delayed by carrier disruption, material availability, severe weather, governmental action, or other events outside Clara Pucci's reasonable control. Clara Pucci will communicate material known delays when reasonably practicable. This provision does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Legal provisions pending counsel review
Counsel review remains pending as a documented post-launch priority for the following provisions:
- governing law;
- venue;
- dispute resolution;
- arbitration, if any;
- class-action waiver, if any;
- limitation of liability;
- indemnification;
- warranty disclaimers; and
- California and federal consumer-law exceptions.
These provisions have not been approved by counsel.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
