    What is the difference between Natural and Russian Simulated Diamonds?

    Regarded as one the premier simulated diamonds in the world, our diamond simulants are carefully crafted to be nearly flawless and colorless in every way. They resemble the same optical characteristics, have the ability to cut glass and can be shaped into all the same styles as natural diamonds. In most experts’ opinions, the Russian Simulated Diamond is a superior alternative to a natural diamond because for the same cut, clarity, color and carat of a natural diamond that would fetch tens of thousands of dollars, our simulated diamonds of VVS1 quality rating are a mere fraction of the cost.

    It is almost impossible to the naked eye to distinguish the Russian Simulated Diamond from a real natural diamond. Because they resemble the same optical characteristics, radiance and beauty as natural stone even jewelers have a hard time telling the difference; and because they are not created from carbon, they don’t have any imperfections or inclusions.

    Yes for engraving please contact customer service. Pricing varies depending on the font and length of the text.

    What does the life time limited warranty cover?

    Lifetime warranty covers damaged, discolored, and cloudy stones. We will replace them free of charge.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

    How long will it take Clara Pucci to process my merchandise return?

    All items are shipped after payments are cleared. Most of our items are shipping on the same day.
    However, if your order is a special order or requires resizing, it may take up to week to have it ready.

    Restocking Fee - 

    Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items, based on the cost of the product. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee is applied to cover the costs of inspecting and processing returned items, as well as the cost of restocking the items. The restocking fee will only be waived in cases of defects or damage caused during shipping. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. The restocking fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree to this restocking fee policy.

    How can I make Returns or Exchanges?

    At Clara Pucci your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase, within 30 days from the date of delivery you may exchange or return the merchandise for a full refund.

    You must return items in new or unused condition. This means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.

    How long does it take Clara Pucci to refund my order

    Refunds are issued within 24hrs after the item has been delivered back to us.

    How do I request a full refund?
